Individual Therapy

We offer short-term and long-term online support with a trained therapist as you navigate through the challenging, confusing, difficult and exciting time of adolescence.

 

We aim to help you to reach the other side of this journey as a happier, confident and motivated young person, to face the transition into adulthood. 

It’s like taking your brain to a gym to build up its muscles and make you stronger.
